Privacy
Your information, handled kindly.
This page explains what safface.com collects and why, in plain words. Last updated 30 October 2026.
What we collect
- Forms. When you send a project inquiry, open a support ticket or book a call, we store what you type (name, email, message and the details you choose to add) so the team can reply.
- Chats with Saffy. Our AI support agent stores the conversation so the team can follow up, and so that Saffy can continue where you left off. If Saffy is connected to an AI provider, your messages are sent to that provider to produce replies.
- Website checks. When you run a site check, we visit the address you give us once. We do not store the results against your identity.
- Technical data. Our servers see your IP address when you connect. For abuse protection we keep only a one-way hash of it with chat conversations, not the address itself. We do not run advertising trackers.
- Your browser. The chat keeps a random conversation id in your browser's local storage so it can restore your chat. Clear your site data and it is gone.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not ask for passwords, seed phrases or private keys. If you ever share one by mistake, treat it as exposed and secure it.
- We do not use your messages to market to you. We only use your details to reply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep tickets, inquiries and chats for as long as they are useful for support and for running the business, and delete them when they no longer are, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you. Open a ticket on the support page or ask Saffy to pass your request to the team, and quote your reference if you have one.
Our products
Spacemute, Coinlendar and Uptiscan are run by Safface Technologies but each has its own website and its own privacy information. This page covers safface.com only.
